Cancellation Policy

Pre-booked tours may be cancelled up to 48 hours with a full refund being issued.

Tours cancelled without the required 48 hours notice will receive a 50% refund.

In the event of a no-show by the customer, no refund will be issued.

In the unlikely event of a cancellation by the Tour Company due to weather warnings or illness, a full refund will be issued.

Health & Safety

Comfortable footwear suitable for walking and weather appropriate clothing is recommended for each tour.

Prior to each tour beginning, your tour guide will go through a comprehensive Health & Safety checklist appropriate to your tour.
